What this site is

rafting-montenegro.me is an independent guide to rafting on the Tara river, operated by Asenvirocon d.o.o.. We describe trips and pass enquiries to the operators who run them. We do not run trips, and we do not take payment.

Who you contract with

When you book, your contract for the trip is with the operator — at present Tara Kula Raft (Durmitor Tours), Narodnih heroja bb, Žabljak, +382 69 202 254, tarakularaft@gmail.com. The operator sets the price, confirms the date, runs the trip and is responsible for safety, equipment and guides. You pay the operator directly.

Prices and information

Prices and trip details come from the operator's published offer and were last checked on 2026-09-29. The operator's confirmation is what counts. If something here differs from what the operator confirms, the operator's terms apply.

Cancellation (operator's rules)

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the start: full refund.
• Less than 24 hours, no-show or late arrival: no refund.
• If the operator cancels (water level, weather, safety, too few people): you choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.

Liability

Rafting is an outdoor activity with inherent risk. Follow the guides' instructions. We are not liable for the performance of the trip, which is the operator's responsibility; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We recommend travel insurance that covers rafting by name.

Paid placement

Operators can pay for placement on the site. Paid listings are marked Sponsored. How we rank operators is explained on the page for operators.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
