What the run is like
Preparation starts at 10:00, when the gear is handed out. The first day is the long one, with around eight hours of rafting and a lunch stop at Radovan Luka along the way.
The night is at camp Brštanovica on the riverbank, with dinner and breakfast. On day two you continue downstream to Šćepan Polje, where the Tara joins the Piva, and have lunch there before the drive back to Žabljak.
Tara Kula Raft lists this trip as 96 km. That figure is theirs; the Tara itself is far longer than that end to end, but no single raft trip covers all of it, so ask the operator exactly where day one starts if the number matters to you.
